The iHeartRadio Jingle Ball event they attended was held on the anniversary of the start of their affair scandal. Robach and Holmes also discussed their infamous departure from ABC after the affair was made public.
While the couple went public with their romance, their ex-partners, Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig, have also started dating and say they bonded over the traumatic cheating scandal.

Robach and Holmes recently opened up about their red carpet experience as a couple on the new episode of their iHeartRadio podcast, “Amy & TJ Podcast.”
The former host said of the event: “We proudly flew to LA, didn’t have to dodge the paparazzi, walked out of that plane hand in hand; It was amazing. It’s funny how the littlest things feel so great, and that was one of them.” Holmes agreed, saying, “We’re stepping off the plane proudly. Take our photo!”
He revealed that they were keen for the press to take pictures of them, but noted that this was “no small thing for us”. Robach emphasized this point, saying, “It was the first time we ever officially stepped in front of the cameras as a couple that we knew would be there and we didn’t mind and we smiled, and we had fun.”

Robach was dressed in a black leather mini dress and black heeled boots, while Holmes wore a black blazer, white shirt and pants. They held hands on the red carpet and smiled happily during photos, and seemed very happy together.
Robach emphasized this during the podcast, saying they wanted to show off their love. The TV personality stated that it “felt good to be free from hiding, running and avoiding” when it comes to their romance.
