MARK’S DAILY APPLE PRIMAL ESSENTIALS SWEEPSTAKES (the “Promotion”) begins on December 19, 2023 at 1:00 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on December 31, 2023 at 11:59 PM PT (“Promotion Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: The promotion is open to residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age. Employees of Primal Nutrition LLC (“Sponsor”), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional and advertising agencies and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling or child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside ) and persons living in the same household as such employees, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or win. HOW TO ENTER: To enter this sweepstakes during the promotional period, complete the entry form, including entering your name, email address and registration, on the dedicated Sweepstakes landing page, here: https://www.marksdailyapple.com/primal -essentials- sweepstakes Limit one (1) entry per person/email/household. Entrants may receive one (1) bonus entry if they provide their phone number on the entry form.
All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PT between December 19, 2023 and December 31, 2023 to be eligible. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method or more than the stated number of entries will void your entry(s) and result in disqualification.
RANDOM DRAWING: From all eligible entries received, three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 3, 2024. The drawing will be administered by Arrowhead. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The decisions of the administrator are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. The potential winner will receive an email from Arrowhead Promotion and Fulfillment Co., Inc., (“Administrator”), to confirm acceptance of the prize. Potential winners must respond to notification within three (3) calendar days. If the potential winner confirms, he/she will be asked to provide his/her full name, date of birth, full postal address and confirmation email address within a time period specified by Sponsor or the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will not be entitled to further obligations to this end. winner.
