Trump attacks the judge, attacks the attorney general and is generally furious during his testimony in the New York fraud trial.
Adam Klasfeld of The Messenger tweeted:
Trump says of the NYAG: “I think she’s a political hack.”
He says the NYAG used this case to try to become governor and successfully become attorney general.
(Trump lost arguments for political motivation before the trial.)

Trump Monologues on the Disclaimer Clause.
Judge: If you want to know more about the disclaimer clause, read my opinion for the first time.
Trump: You’re wrong about that view.

MSNBC’s Lisa Rubin reported from the courtroom:
If an error had been made, it was not material; but even if it were material, we have a disclaimer clause,” Trump argues. “I never got too involved with these statements because that clause is on page 1, as you well know; That’s why we shouldn’t have a case here. That is a clause that every court in this country applies, except this particular judge.”
Wallace then questions whether it is Trump’s position that the statements were in fact “worthless,” which Trump also opposes. “People like you try to humiliate and hurt me,” he throws at Wallace, then attacks AG James as well.
The judge lets this all pass because it doesn’t matter.
Trump and his children have already been found guilty. There is no jury to decide. Trump’s tantrums and attacks mean nothing. The same judge Trump is fighting and attacking is the same person who will make the decision on damages.
If anything, Trump’s inability to control himself is costing him his company, his property and a huge sum of money.
