Take a look at the companies that made headlines after the bell: Robinhood – Shares of the trading platform app fell more than 8%. Robinhood posted revenue of $467 million in the third quarter, compared to analysts’ estimates of $478 million, per LSEG. Toast – Shares fell 17% in extended trading. Toast, a provider of restaurant POS systems, posted a third-quarter loss of 9 cents per share, while analysts surveyed by LSEG expected a profit of 10 cents per share. Revenue came in at $1.03 billion, in line with Street estimates. eBay — Shares of the e-commerce giant fell 6%. Third-quarter revenue was $2.5 billion, in line with analyst expectations, per LSEG. Adjusted earnings came in at $1.03 per share, while analysts had been calling for $1 per share. Akamai Technologies — The cloud services company rose 3% after Akamai Technologies posted numbers on both the top and bottom lines. Akamai posted third-quarter adjusted earnings of $1.63 per share and revenue of $965.5 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of $1.50 per share and revenue of $943.9 million. DaVita — Shares of the healthcare company rose 4%. DaVita reported adjusted earnings of $2.85 per share on revenue of $3.1 billion in the third quarter. These results topped analyst estimates for earnings of $2.01 per share and revenue of $3.02 billion, per FactSet. The company also raised its full-year adjusted earnings expectations to a range of $7.80 to $8.30 per share, up from the previous guidance of $7.00 to $7.80 per share. Devon Energy — Devon Energy fell 2.5% in extended trading. The company has issued a full-year production guidance of 650,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day. That is comparable to the previous guidance range of 643 Mboe/d to 663 Mboe/d. Devon posted third-quarter adjusted earnings of $1.65 per share, compared with the $1.56 per share expected by analysts, according to FactSet. Occidental Petroleum — Shares of Occidental Petroleum rose 1%. The energy company posted an adjusted profit of $1.18 per share in the third quarter, while analysts polled by FactSet had expected 88 cents per share. Occidental also raised its full-year production expectations. Sempra – The utility’s shares fell 2% after it announced a proposed $1 billion common stock offering through Morgan Stanley and Citigroup. Additional Space Storage — Shares added 2%. Extra Space Storage reported third-quarter revenue of $748 million, above the $680.6 million expected by analysts polled by FactSet. – CNBC’s Darla Mercado contributed reporting.
