New year, new babies! Chrissy Teigen, Jenna Johnson and in 2023, more stars have welcomed children.
The founder of Cravings, who got married Johannes Legend in 2013, gave birth to the couple’s rainbow baby, daughter Esti Maxine, on January 13.
“What a blessed day,” the “All of Me” crooner gushed during a private concert that evening social media film material. Legend has it that he didn’t “get much sleep” at the time, but “feels energetic” now that their little one is here.
Teigen and the Vote mentor – who also shares daughter Luna and son Miles – previously announced in August 2022 that they were expecting another baby.
“The past few years have been a blur of emotions to say the least, but joy has filled our home and our hearts again. 1 billion shots later (lately in the leg, as you can see!) we have another one on the way,” the former model wrote via Instagram in August 2022, referencing her previous fertility issues and IVF journey. “Every appointment I’ve said to myself, ‘Okay, if it’s healthy today, I’ll announce it,’ but then I breathe a sigh of relief when I hear a heartbeat and decide I’m still too nervous. I don’t think I’ll ever leave an appointment with more excitement than nerves, but so far everything is perfect and beautiful and I feel hopeful and wonderful. Okay, it’s been really hard to keep this up for so long!”
Teigen and Legend’s second daughter is their rainbow baby, who arrived nearly three years after the Utah native suffered a miscarriage with late son Jack. Six months after Esti’s birth, the proud parents revealed they welcomed another baby – son Wren – with the help of a surrogate mother.
