Jesse Lingard has been training at West Ham for quite some time. According to reports, the English club could now sign him.
30-year-old Jesse Lingard joined Nottingham Forest, then a Premier League newcomer, last summer.
Lingard’s departure was apparent after just one season at the club. He has been without a club since last summer.
West Ham United head coach David Moyes has just said that Jesse Lingard is training with the team. According to reports, he could now sign for the Hammers.
According to Sky Sports, West Ham have registered just 24 players for the next Premier League season.
This means that despite the transfer window having closed, West Ham still have the option to sign Lingard.
Lingard previously played for West Ham, where he scored nine goals and assisted five times in 16 league games.
