Last summer Serge Aurier signed for Nottingham Forest. According to reports, the English club is now looking to extend his contract.
30-year-old Serge Aurier left La Liga team Villarreal last summer. He eventually agreed to a one-year contract with Nottingham Forest after being out of contract for several months.
In his first season, Aurier established himself as a valuable member of the England team. Last summer he extended his contract for another year.
According to the source, Nottingham wants the addition done before New Year.
Aurier also faced stiffer competition this summer when Nottingham loaned Gonzalo Montiel from Sevilla, although the Ivorian has been a regular so far.
Now, just three months after signing his most recent contract, Football Insider reports that Nottingham are already looking to renew Aurier’s contract.
