I recently did a post about the most shopped products I’ve posted this year, and today I wanted to take it one step further and highlight the items I loved the most in 2023! While there is a hint of overlap, I focus on so many new products, especially the beauty ones I don’t always talk about, as well as the tried and true products you might be tired of hearing about!
COS Oversized Quilted Bag // This has become my everyday bag. This bag is super spacious, can be worn crossbody or over the shoulder and is ideal for traveling! Now it is also available here in silver.
Dorsey Jewelry // I decided to add some bling to my jewelry box this year and picked up this necklace, this bracelet, and this bangle, and they have all turned out to be strong investments. I love layering and mixing and matching them with my more casual jewelry. You can read more about Dorsey here.
Pointy Collar // This fall I bought this $15 collar on a whim to add *something* to my colder weather looks. WOW, has this become one of my favorite purchases of the year? I’ve worn it dozens of times and am still discovering new ways to style it. See how I wore it here, here and here!
Nili Lotan jacket // I packed this jacket for a trip to Paris and it has quickly become a real wardrobe staple. It’s easy to mix and match and I always feel comfortable, yet put together when wearing it. Of course it’s sold out now, but I recently bought the cropped version in the same material and can already tell this is going to be another wardrobe MVP. You can see it in style here and here.
ABC Solid Pomade // My sleek bun is somewhat of a signature at the moment (see how I achieve that here) and for years I used Oribe Star Glow as my final step to get the ultra-sleek look. Unfortunately, the product is no longer available, so a replacement was sought. Meet the Solid Pomade from Authentic Beauty Brand. This product is great at achieving the look I want and lasts for hours and hours! 🙂
AIRE Sunglasses // When I saw these sunglasses for $40, I thought they might be too good to be true. I really wanted a more retro aviator without a wire frame, but everything I tried was too small for my face. These fit perfectly and feel like a bargain at the price.
Chanel Vintage Earrings // The Real Real is one of my favorite shopping destinations. It takes some work to browse and dig, but there are so many hidden gems to discover. I bought these Chanel runway earrings for $500 when they were listed for $1,500 or more on every other resale site. They weren’t in great shape, but I was able to clean them with a cleaning cloth and they are now one of my favorite sets of oversized studs!
Kerastase Products // The two main beauty brands I rely on year after year are Charlotte Tilbury (see my beauty routine here) and Kerastase. Although I use many different Kerastase products, the blow-dry lotion and heat protectant spray are my two top favorites, followed closely by this hair oil.
Prada Platforms // I’m a high-low girl. When it comes to investment pieces, I really try to imagine how much I will wear an item before I purchase it. As we all know, sometimes we have the best intentions: “I’ll wear this all the time,” but it just doesn’t work out that way. I went back and forth and back and forth on these Prada platforms, not sure how much I would wear them, but for them to become one of the most worn items in my closet. A happy surprise!
Penny Pant // Cropped kick flares are one of my favorite fits and these pants have been a great workhorse in my closet. They were key pieces in my collection with Tuckernuck and although I thought I would wear the navy color the most, I found myself reaching for each color equally! You can see some of the ways I styled them here.
Longines Dolce Vita watch // Longines is my favorite watch brand and while it’s hard to choose my favorite model, this Longines watch and this have to be my two favorites. This style is such an iconic classic piece and I love that the band can be worn in different ways. This style was a new addition to the brand this fall and I love the smaller square face,
